Eve Reflection

Genesis 1:26-31
Genesis 2-4

This week we are discussing EVE. She is the beginning of women and the world's Mother. As we move through this week, reflect on what Eve reminds us about.

1. God created us in his image. As women we are capable of showing love, truth, goodness, beauty, wisdom, and strength. 

2. Even though God punished Adam and Eve for their sin, We have been given a promise that a Redeemer will crush the enemy.

3. The curse of painful childbirth brings with it a sign of God's grace. We may bear pain, but with it comes new life that will continue to pass on God's love, grace, mercy, and truth.

Challenge for the week:
 Be aware of your tendency to want to move away from God's will for you to follow your own will and also be aware of the enemy trying to help you move away from God. Continue to surrender your life to God.
